STEP BY STEP HOW TO USE:

Step 1: 

Relax in a fairly hot bath/shower for 15-20 minutes to soften skin before exfoliating. The softer your skin is, the better the results. 

Do not apply any soap or body wash as the sponge will rely on friction to remove the dead skin cells. 

Step 2:

Once unpack the sponge and submerge into water. Squeeze out the excess water and hold with your hand. Exfoliate your skin using up and down strokes and circular movements until the dead skin begins to roll away.

Step 3:

Once you have finished exfoliating, rinse off the dead skin cells. Then simply wash your sponge and leave to dry. Always apply a moisturiser after your bath/shower.
